What currency are the prices?

All prices are in USD.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Processing times- our products typically take 2 - 3 days to prepare for shipping. If you ordered a personalized item, you should receive a proof via email within 48 hours of purchase. Once you have approved the proof, we will create and ship your product. The average shipping time in the United States is 3 - 10 business days. Factors such as weather and holidays may extend the shipping time.

Please note that once your items are handed over to the United States Postal Service, we have no control and are at their mercy. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at admin@mpoweredmimi.com.


If I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. This rarely happens, but if your item is defective upon receipt, take a picture and email it to us. We will get another item sent to you right away. Please include the purchaser's name and order number in your email. We will pay for return shipping of the defective or damaged item. Once we receive the product we will refund the full purchase price. 

We do not allow returns on personalized items unless the product is defective or damaged. 


Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order on the date of purchase before midnight Eastern Standard Time. Please email me so I can contact the manufacturer before they create your order.


I entered an incorrect address... what do I do now?

If this happens, email us right away. We will try to correct the error, but there is no guarantee.
